Introduction

Hey yawl. So this is the thing to do it seems. I'll keep it relatively short using the magical thing that are bullet points.
*I stumbled on this website approximately half a year ago after randomly remembering it (discovered via the void that is tvtropes). Coincidentally that was around the time the spork had just started which is doubtlessly the reason I kept coming back.
*I'm quite a lot less vitriolic than some of the people around here so while I acknowledge the flaws inherent in the series (see what I did there) you might find me defended Paolini for quite a bit. This will mostly just to create a dialogue and dissect things much more.
*For the above reason I originally planned for my name to be DevilsAdvocate.
*Like, I'm sure, many other people that take an interest in this site, I'm an unpublished author trying to discover how not to be crap. If anyone's interested in doing some beta reading then let me know.
*I'm Irish but I've been working in China for a year. Not hugely relevant but I need to justify more than four bullet points.
*Another semi relevant point but I worked on Game of Thrones as an extra. Some of you might find that cool and interesting (I certainly do!)
